Boxercise is an exercise class based on the concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats such as shadow boxing, skipping, pad drills, and circuits. As the fitness class does not involve the physical contact of an opponent, it is fun, challenging and safe. Suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
