All About Kettle Bell Class:

Kettlebell class is fun, challenging and an efficient full body workout that is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. The dynamic and ballistic (fast lift) moves in the kettlebell workout target almost every aspects of fitness, we also incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT) into the kettlebell class which leads to the effective class workout and post workout calorie burning.
