All About METAFIT Class:

METAFIT is a body weight interval circuit training program created by a former Royal Marine Commando. It is the original group exercise high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, 30 minutes non choreographed, body weight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire! METAFIT works! It’s tough, but it’s meant to be!
